Resumo
Tanto quanto o ingresso, o egresso de normas no sistema jurídico é fenômeno frequentemente resumido pelos operadores em geral da ordem jurídica com a expressão “dinâmica jurídica”. Neste ensaio o objetivo do autor é analisar a revogação em suas peculiaridades lingüísticas, tipológicas, bem como as características marcantes que diferenciam suas espécies. Particular atenção é dedicada à propagação revogadora, seus triunfos e malogros, sem desconsiderar as causas prováveis desta ocorrência.

Abstract
Such as the entrance, the egress of norms from the legal system is a phenomenon frequently summarized by legal order practitioners with the use of the expression “legal dynamics”. In this essay, the author’s objective is to analyze revocation in its linguistic, typological peculiarities, as well as the strong characteristics that differentiate its species. Particular attention is dedicated to the proliferation of revoke norms, its triumphs and breakdowns, not disregarding the probable causes of this happening.
